See whether the AI assistants your customers ask name your company.
We put one question from your industry and city to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, and email you what they said.
What comes back
Whether you were named
The figure Spruce reports, "named in 2 of 4 answers that recommended a business", counts only those answers. When an answer recommends no business, there was nothing to be named in, so it is reported on its own rather than counted against your results.
Each AI assistant’s result
A line for each of the five AI assistants: whether it named you, named other businesses but not you, or recommended no business at all.
Who else was named
The other businesses the AI assistants recommended, and how many of the answers named each.
Which sources the answers drew on
The sites the answers cited, in two groups: places where you could get listed, and businesses’ own pages.
When it was measured
The date of the check is shown with the result, because AI assistants’ answers change over time.
One question, five AI assistants
The check asks one question a customer asks when choosing a business like yours, with your city in it, and puts it to all five AI assistants at once.
We ask each AI assistant the same questions a customer would, through an API, so the same question asked next week is comparable to this week's. That repeatability is what makes a trend line mean something. An API answer is usually more concise than the one someone sees in the app, and cites fewer sources, so read a count here as the pattern across many answers rather than a record of one person's screen.
This is one question, asked once of each AI assistant — a snapshot of today. A plan asks up to twenty questions of each AI assistant, three times each, every week, which is what turns a snapshot into a trend.
Free, once every 60 days
The check is free and stays free. A business can be checked once every 60 days, so you can run it again after you've made a change.
Fill in the form and the report arrives by email once every AI assistant has answered.
